ABSTRACT
The article presents information about the one-year master's degree program in library and information science which is being offered at the Fachhochschule Köln, Technical College of Cologne, Germany. Discussed are the goals and requirements of the curriculum, the use of blended learning and e-learning, and the intent to involve international experts in the program. A chart of the structure of the curriculum is included in the article.
