Munis Mostly Flat as Washington Deals $831 M

The three auctions in which the debt were competitively sold were JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays Capital Inc., and Citi. The economists anticipated that orders of durable goods would increase by 1.0% for July 2010 and orders excluding transportation will increase by 0.4%.
