Munis Mostly Flat as Washington Deals $831 M

The article reports that the municipal market was mostly flat in the light to moderate secondary trading activity on July 28, 2010 as the 831.1 million dollar competitive issuance from Washington lead the main deals. The three auctions in which the debt were competitively sold were JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays Capital Inc., and Citi. The economists anticipated that orders of durable goods would increase by 1.0% for July 2010 and orders excluding transportation will increase by 0.4%.
