ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the effective use of Communication on the Move (COTM) system in disaster-relief organizations, as well as in the military and government organizations. It discusses one of the advantages of COTM system which is the instant critical communications to first responders that allows them to transmit and receive data from people on the ground and assess the situations immediately. Also included is a diagram showing how COTM system works.
