ABSTRACT
The article highlights the outstanding performance of the municipal bond mutual funds' assets in the U.S. It states that the bad headlines did not hinder investors to entrust 612.5 million dollar to municipal bond mutual funds in the country. According to Jeffrey Cleveland, analyst at Payden & Rygel Global Ltd., the nominal yields of mutual funds are not as low as what others perceived. He adds that mutual funds are still experiencing a mild inflation rate in the state.
