ABSTRACT
The article presents a study conducted by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) which evaluates the effectiveness of the Department of Defense's (DODs) Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP). The Office looks into the data gathering procedure of FVAP as well as the reliability through the examination of the pertinent documents that are under their control. Moreover, the article examines the strategic plans of FVAP to determine their budget priorities.
