ABSTRACT
The article presents information about the search of the mystery shopper, an agent for the periodical "Travel Weekly," for holiday packages to Bavaria in Germany. The shopper visited several travel agencies in Ripon, North Yorkshire in England, including Ryedale Travel Agency at 4A Westgate, Ripon Travel at 5 Kirkgate, and Thomas Cook at 15 Market Place.
