Fournier's Gangrene

The article discusses the case of a 60-year-old man with Fournier gangrene. He was admitted to the hospital with edema, leak and pain of perineal region. During his hospitalization, he was given antibiotics. He was later subjected to large bowel by-pass procedures due to rectal muscules. He died ten days after the operation.
