ABSTRACT
In the rapidly-changing work life, organizational justice may become an increasingly important issue to employees and managers. The purpose of this article is to design an effective organizational justice model for Iranian public organizations. To design the conceptual model, initially antecedents and consequences of organizational justice were identified. Then, this study examined the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment, trust, OCB, turnover, and job satisfaction as well as the impact of organizational structure on organizational justice . The model was evaluated using structural equation modeling (SEM).
