ABSTRACT
Fuzzy logic system have an uncertainty because of words mean different things to different people, data obtained from experts who don't all agree, measurements that activate the FLS are corrupted by noise. In this paper, we present a survey of operations on type-2 fuzzy set and type-2 fuzzy logic which is a new definition of fuzzy logic, model and minimize the effect of uncertainty. The main focus of this paper is on the theoretical topics, with descriptions of what they are, and what has been accomplished.
