ABSTRACT
The article presents an outlook on the economic condition in Czech Republic in August 2010. It anticipates that the fiscal pressures will construct through the second half of 2010 on the back of increased lending and sovereign debt concerns in peripheral eurozone states. It predicts that weak demand in the key export markets of Czech will transform into disinflationary pressures domestically.
