The article explores the concept of SEE productivity according to Dr. George Smith. It associates the idea of SEE productivity to the concept of zero-sum and non-zero-sum games. It states that productivity controls the efficiency and effectiveness with which people operate and manage organizations, further implying that context shapes productivity. According to the Global Survey conducted by McKinsey and Co., 70% of executives said they consider global, social, environmental, and economic trends significant, however, results also show that companies do not act on them. A Venn diagram is provided to describe the social, environmental, and economic aspect of SEE productivity.
