ABSTRACT
The article explains the significance of a systematic use of the principle of modularity to land weapon systems. It emphasizes that the search for tradeoffs between mobility, protections, cost, and employment conditions can be answered by applying architectural principle to military land vehicles. It also claims that the principle has been used in military systems that integrates new technologies for information and communication, and within the aeronautic and automobile industry.
