ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of municipal telecommunication network company Burlington Telecom to sign an equipment-leasing agreement with CitiCapital in Burlington, Vermont. Company's chief executive officer Jonathan P. A. Leopold and CitiCapital's director Mark Rodgers have agreed not to disclose proposed restructuring debt within 20 years of term unless the company is contributing annual appropriation. It states that city officials have supported the company.
