ABSTRACT
The article discusses the information technology (IT) component of the electronic communication process on hospitality marketing strategy to deliver products and services. It presents the author's experience of sharing his electronic mail (e-mail) address and being contacted every two weeks after his travel or visit to a hotel. It offers practical suggestions to deal with social issues in the travel and tourism industries.
