ABSTRACT
The article focuses on business coaching. The different leadership styles are explained to identify which one works better with coaching, including laissez-faire leadership, autocratic leadership, and collaborative leadership. The importance of emotional connection between leaders and their team is explained in relation to cultivating effective coaching skills. Emphasis is given to the use of various ways to inspire and motivate colleagues, and the greater the impact for those who achieve a broader connection repertoire.
