ABSTRACT
The article reports on the statement from Elements Salon and Wellness Spa owner Valda Sarty that the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) new plan on building an off-ramp with the use of Crescent Street in Washington will affect badly her parking. It also mentions the concerns from several business owners in Wenatchee. Furthermore, people are waiting for the construction to start and see if the DOT will alter its plans including additional parking.
