ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission reform bill in the U.S. which believed to take longer time to implement following the death of Senator Robert Byrd. It mentions that even the bill would become a law, it would take months before regulators can fully implement due to many municipal market related changes. It mentions that the changes of the bill include the addition of the code of conduct for dealers that enter into swaps with states, localities and pension fund.
