ABSTRACT
The article features Operation Dashboard that was developed by New York-based financial services consultancy firm Capco. The color codes for the level of risk faced by middle and back-office executives are presented together with the parameters that may include the ceilings on the value of uncollected funds, aged dividend receivables, and unreconciled accounts. The functions of the dashboard are explained in terms of the potential operational risks in the middle and back office units and in relation to the rules of the Financial Regulatory Authority.
