ABSTRACT
The article presents the bylaws of Florida Association for Media in Education (FAME) and some proposed changes developed by the organization's Bylaws Committee. It states that the proposed regulation reflects the needed changes in the organization's procedure. These changes include matters on finances and the appointment and terms of elected committee officials and members.
