ABSTRACT
The article explores the use of an electronic system to boost the workflow of a clinical research (CR) Web site and trim the number of research delays. At Rush University Medical Center, the staff employed a software that offers support to contracts work, administrative processes and grants. Several benefits enjoyed by the medical center in using electronic tools include savings in time and resources and faster completion of the protocol submission, review and approval process.
