The article reports on the plans of Advantage Travel Centres Ltd. to launch the Advantage Travel Gateway system, an online selling platform for members in August 2010 that will collect content from all of its preferred suppliers. The new system, developed by Multicom, will intially support accommodation-only and air but will eventually have extras such as car hire as well as cruise. The system enables travel agents to book flight ancillaries such as meals and speedy boarding.
