ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Appreciative Lessons Learned--A Lessons-Learned Method for All (4ALL) lessons-learned method used in the information technology (IT) industry. It notes that such method, also called postmortem evaluations (PMEs), stands as a widespread tradition within the sector under which projects are reviewed to be able to learn from mistakes. It discusses the steps taken when the 4ALL method has been observed by telecommunication products manufacturer Ericsson, the first of which is the introduction of the method.
