The article presents the author's view on the international dimensions of the pharmacy profession. He offers a brief profile of Dr. Donald E. Francke and cites his suggestions to enable pharmacists further contribute to the quality of people's lives than with their use of drugs. He outlines and describes the nine categories of such pharmacists involvement that he refers as the answers of why should hospital pharmacists be interested in international matter. INSET: Donald E.
