The article describes how to determine the frequency band in which the system will operate. The calculation of the system's link budget involves industry specifications from TSB-88 or vendor or integrator community. Redundancy is used for hot and cold standby in a component or system-level failure. The system's operational method in radio communications is built by fleet mapping.
