Anthelmintic resistance on sheep farms in Wales

The article discusses a study on the level of resistance to anthelmintics on sheep farms in Wales. The study focused on the anthelmintics benzimidazole, levamisole and thiabendazole. About 82% of the farms tested showed anthelmintic resistance. Teladorsagia, Trichostrongylus and Haemonchus species were found resistant to benzimidole while thiabendazole resistance was observed in Cooperia species.
