The article focuses on the restructure undertaken by several shortlist law firms for the Lawyer Awards in 2010 in Great Britain. Linklaters LLP was nominated for facilitating Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for the 282 billion pound entry into the Asset Protection Scheme of the UK Government. Slaughter and May was able to help in the negotiation of Her Majesty (HM) Treasury with RBS and Lloyds Banking Group PLC.
