The article focuses on the concepts involved with financial decision making which include several topics such as types of business organizations, financial statements, and methods of accounting and budgeting. It states that healthcare representatives focus on the details of efficiency and safety of products while decision makers are concerned on financial issues and product's maximum value. It also cites several budgeting techniques such as capital, incremental, and flexible budgeting.
