The article discusses ways on how to achieve effective business communication. The author advises businessmen to separate assertions from assessments when dealing with clients. He recommends that to be able to achieve an empowered relationship with communication, businessmen should not allow opinion of themselves and each other to live as a fact. He explains on the importance of declarations in the business relationships between businessmen and their clients. He also discusses requests and offers and their role in an effective business communication.
