ABSTRACT
The article offers information on tactical asset allocation, a strategy which rebalances the percentage of assets held in several categories in a portfolio as a way of taking advantage of market pricing anomalies. The authors explain that the fundamental principle of the concept is to be flexible to make changes in the portfolio construction. They also advise that financial advisers who do not want to apply the art of tactical asset allocation should resort to outsource their investment management process.
