ABSTRACT
The article presents a preliminary report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), which shows better planning, oversight and courtroom sharing. It bears four main objectives including the assessment of extra spaces of courthouses and the costs related to it. The National Academy of Sciences assist in convening a panel of judicial experts. It is revealed that evidences gathered provide a reasonable basis for the findings and conclusions based on audit objectives.
