ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the mental health program of consumer health products manufacturer Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and the savings it offers. The company offers its employees an online health coaching program established around behavioral health and emotional well-being. Doctor Fikry W. Isaac, chief medical officer of wellness and prevention at the company, explained how they came up with a virtual health-coaching program. Kim Sherman, a manager of financial reporting at J&J, shared how the online program helped her.
