ABSTRACT
Presents a case of cutaneous horn on a background of lichen simplex chronicus lesion. Development of itching in legs and right ankle; Presence of marked hyperkeratosis and acanthosis with scattered lymphocytes in the upper dermis; Application of clobetasol propionate cream topically.
