ABSTRACT
The article discusses how the Circular Quay in Australia where Great Britain stationed her felons during the late 18th century has turned into a problem for Australia. It points to the expansive and aggressive nature of the British in Australia whose practices drove the fishing industry into bankruptcy. It cites the need for a decent national organization to tame and topple the bureaucratic problem that originated from Great Britain.
