The article offers information on the four sources of capital for emerging growth and middle-market companies that are essentials for an entrepreneur and his business team. One source of capital is the asset-based lenders composed of commercial bank -owned lenders and non-regulated asset-based lenders. Another capital source is growth equity which is appropriate for initiatives that require permanent capital. On the other hand, Mezzanine funds are also one source of capital similar to private equity and growth equity. Moreover, one of the most inexpensive capital sources is through key partnerships.
