He cites his own experience as a Navy officer in which he was able to learn the value professionalism through the Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) program which help Navies develop their personal and professional capability. Moreover, the author commends the program in helping Navies to demonstrate an actual response to a crisis situation while maintaining their sense of professionalism.
