ABSTRACT
The article presents a study that deals with career management. It highlights the employer opinions and perceptions about the topic. The study also presents the plans and ambitions of employers for 2011 and discusses the way senior human resources (HR) directors link into future HR strategy. They were also asked about the differences between the things that can be done through career management and their achievements.
