Risk is involved in each development phase of the software development phase. And due to these risks, software can face various problems that can cause the different negative outcomes and sometimes in extreme cases failure of the software. Most of these risks lie in the development phases of software development models. This research explores the different risks involved in the various phases of the software development process and defines mitigation steps after analyzing risks.
