The article focuses on the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 introduced by Senator Olympia Snowe and John D. Rockefeller IV, chairman of the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, to address the relationship of the government and the private sector on cybersecurity in the nation in which Rockefeller conceives that a cyberattack could close the critical infrastructure of the U.S.
