ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on how to make one's plant more efficient these days. It notes that new technology will make one's work much easier since skilled workers are harder find and yet customers are more demanding. The author notes that although new equipment and supplies are expensive, they are still profitable for a plant because they save money and time that can improve one's service.
