The article focuses on the "Online Sales: Get Your Share" report that was released by Carnegie Body president Richard Sippola and Layton Truck Equipment general manager Steve Hayes in the U.S. in 2010, discussing the impact of the Internet on the truck equipment industry. According to Hayes, Layton used the eBay web site to increase the sales of its parts department. The disadvantages of online selling are also mentioned.
