The article explores the relationship between insurance advisers and their customers. It states that when clients consider an insurance adviser as a strategic asset to their businesses, a relationship is sealed and not just an insurance transaction. Business owners are said to be doubtful about insurances since they do not fully understand it. Insurance advisers need to move clients away from being apprehensive by being the medium between clients and the insurance carrier.
