ABSTRACT
This section offers news briefs related to the food service sector of the U.S. Blueberry bushes have been donated by the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) to school gardens under its Ready, Set, Grow! Program. New spring and summer recipe cards have been developed by Hershey's Food Service to help food service operators meet demand for on-trend desserts. An online Nutrition Search Tool was launched by Kellogg's Food Away From Home to help operators in meeting specific nutrition and allergen requirements.
