Before working in the roofing industry in 1996, Rahman used to pursue a career in the restaurant industry with hopes of owning his own restaurant. According to Rahman, he has undergone a lot of technical training to prepare for the work in the roofing business. It is emphasized that customer service became the main concern of his company, making client satisfaction as their first priority.
