ABSTRACT
The article reports on the case of Emma Short, employee of Tui Travel PLC based in Great Britain who has been dismissed from her job due to her comment in a Facebook page. Short has used the social networking site to release her anger about a colleague who she asserted was bullying her at work. Her comment was reported by her colleague and she was suspended for two days, after which she was fired for the ground of cyber bullying, threatening behavior and breaching of company internet policy.
