The article provides information on various kinds of electronic learning tools. Electronic learning is defined as learning resources which originated from the application of information and communication technologies to the educational environment. The main categories of electronic learning tools are learning content transmission and communication support. Videoconferencing is an electronic learning tool utilized for the establishment of synchronous communication.
