ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the relevance of outreach and relationship building to be able to prevent discrimination and bias towards the LGBT library patrons in Kentucky. Building trust has been viewed efficient to develop a better relationship with library and patrons. Moreover, librarians need to be aware on the needs of the LGBT patrons in order to provide better service.
