The article reports on the partnership of BlackArrow Inc. with NDS Group during its latest round of financing. Multi-platform campaign management and ad-decisioning services of BlackArrow and the advanced advertising platform of NDS are agreed to jointly develop solutions for the execution of advanced TV advertisements. Imagine Communications has also gained an investment of 10 million dollars for the acceleration of the commercial deployment of its MPEG-4 encoding and transcoding.
