The article discusses leadership skills development. For a leader to have an impact to others, the author says that one has to keep learning and growing. He adds that one needs a personalized learning strategy and a customized plan of action. Other ways to be a good leader include learning what others think of the leader's skills and behaviors, adding new elements to the leadership toolkit and expanding horizons outside of the company.
