In this Study, the managers of National Education of Agri, National Education manager and assistants, Primary secondary and high school managers leadership knowledge behavirings stage has been researched. questions about leadership has been presented them. 27 managers and 49 assistans from National Education of Ağrı has been formed the sample of research. According to result of research: The managers answered the questions about leadership with questions, the expection of this subject as "Wanted" The results have been possible with the managers leadership behaviring.
