Finality of Prophethood or Khatmun-Nubuwwa is one of the fundamental beliefs of Islam. Ahzab 33/40 verse from the Holy Qur'an is the most clear-cut evidence for the belief of "Khatmun-Nubuwwa. In this verse, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has been described as the "Seal of the prophets" or the "Last of the prophets". Some sects denied this belief. They interpreted nabi and rasul to prove their claim. In this article we tried to analyse meaning of them from the view point of Finality of Prophethood.
